Returns

  • We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom jewelry items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
